Our farmers in Kisoro harvest potatoes at their peak ripeness, ensuring optimal flavour and texture. They are transported to our processing facility where they undergo a rigorous washing and inspection process to remove any impurities. The potatoes are then peeled, sliced, and blanched to prepare them for frying. The crisps are seasoned with a delectable blend of barbeque spices and a touch of salt, creating a flavour profile that is both savoury and smoky. They are then packaged to maintain their freshness and quality for a delightful snacking experience.
